★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a table that came with defects. A carpenter came to fix it and it only got partially fixed. He said this is minor, if I have any issues I can directly call him.
But I ordered a new table, so I was not ok with accept a table with minor issues. I filed another ticket and it took me one week of emailing and calling different people to finally get assigned an expert carpenter.
They called me and gave me the name of the carpenter. But then the next day I realised that all of that never happened and I was assigned the same carpenter again.
Its been 2-3 weeks I have been running behind them. It is really tiring. I hope this gets solved soon. But this experience is enough to share with all of you so you can purchase furniture from companies and shops that will care even after you have paid the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked with and purchased from many companies. I have seen very few customer service that is based on lies. They do not keep their commitments and there is no communication within the team, so you will keep explaining the defects and keep sending pictures to multiple people.
And yes, they may also ask you to resend pictures and videos 3 times because they cannot open them on their system. First they asked for a different format, then even MP4 did not open for some reason. Tiring experience. If you get a perfect product you are lucky, but if it is delivered with a defect, all the best getting it repaired or replaced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good furniture but the worst customer service experience that I have faced. I would rather pay a premium to get better service. I had to go through so many email back and forths, phone conversations to get a defective furniture repaired and still its not fixed. They have no communication within the team. They do not read my emails before replying. Replies are generic to the point you feel helpless.
Its been more than 2 weeks and many hours of my time gone. I will share more details about my experience and pictures once I finally get the furniture fixed (hopefully that would be possible).
