★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With this picture shows quality of work not as per Ahluwalia standard.Beam bar should be passes inside the column bar (not done), all beam support should be erect vertically, after concrete beam buldged at bottom. Another Picture shows formwork not carried out in wright way, wing nut should be tightened up with wing plate, otherwise it can be failure during vibrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraudulent organization, kolkata management is full of cheaters and scammers. I have lost few months of my professional life over there, gained nothing except how to cheat your client with forged quotations and records, immediate seniors are like garbage bags who will not spare a single moment to underestimate and insult you. I did not get one month of my salary which was forcefully not given by HR dept (as per my offer letter no such clause was mentioned). Even after intimation HR did not recieve my call.
