★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products delivered to us were not as promised. We purchased quite premium products, and got cheated on the quality of the marble used.
What was promised verbally was not on the bill, our mistake that we did not notice at the time of purchase.
After considerable amount of headache + many rounds of returning the product + getting the marbles re-polished, we still feel cheated on what we got for the price we paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of the product received it very poor. The finishing is very bad and the so called touch up of polish done at the time of delivery further worsens the products finish. Delayed and poor product quality delivered.

fake promises
listing down all the points
1) they said, will use sainik mr grade plywood, but they dont use this play, check attached image
2) within 3 month, ply become broken check images
3) they will tell you, we will be using 18mm plywood, but actual they dont.
4) They will tell you, will be giving u updates on whatsapp they dont.
5) Not using any proper tool for designing, just rough design they will provide.
6) I would suggest do not go and do not recomended,
I have wasted my 1.75 lacs.
If you called them for service they will start arguing with u.
Please dont buy anything from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst worst service ever I had seen. Please don't purchase from here. I had purchased an L Shape sofa with only one recliner worth 55,000rs which is a complete wastage of my money. These people don't even know how to make a recliner properly and instead they were talking so rude to us and told us as if we were purchasing a sofa for the first time. These people made fun of us as if we lack knowledge regarding the furniture furniture. We are thinking to file a complaint in the consumer court.
