★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a family we had a wonderful experience at Woofs and Wags…specially as our child was treated and dealt with utmost care. The staff is very well behaved and took just few minutes to get friendly with our Lucky.
We were struggling to find a good groomer and a vet post the one we used to go to closed down. Woofs and Wags made us wonder why didn’t we know about them from before…
We happily recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only trust Woofs and Wags for my dog’s boarding. I am visiting my parents from the US and he stays with me there. He is used to professional boarding. Wags as woof is the right place for him. They take care of the food and play time. Very professional and I so glad I found them in Kolkata. The staff loved my four legged baby and takes good care of him. They follow instructions and keep me posted with lots of videos and pics throughout the stay. I’d highly recommend them for you fur babies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My search successfully ended here. I brought my 13 years old Spitz, cherry, for a full grooming session. She's not very fond of baths but she came out all happy, wiggly, fluffy after her session. The owner and staff definitely takes extra care of all your needs and are transparent about everything.
They sanitized the entire room and equipment in front of us before proceeding.
Just loved the homely vibe and the attention to detail provided here. Woild definitely recommend to anyone who wants hassle free, perfect care for their animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a lot of searching, I came across Woofs & Wags and was wowed by how graciously the owner explained the service over the phone. It was then that I made the decision to bring my pet here. They provide excellent service and are kind to their customers. My dog had really long, knotted hair, and I and Papa couldn't recognise him later. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We being a first time pet parent and venturing out for the first grooming session of our furry baby were really apprehensive about identifying the right grooming centre. And after a thorough search over the internet & quite a few calls to some of the popular grooming centre, we finally settled down with Woofs & Wags and we are more than happy with our decision. Though it was our first & only pet grooming session & it will be unfair for us to compare, here are few things that we feel stands out about this place.
1. All the grooming centre that I called offered almost similar kind of service starting from a bath to a fur trimming, but what stands out for this place is the time they take. Most of the Grooming Centre offered to do a Shih Tzu grooming in about 1.5 to 2hrs, but at Woofs and Wags they took almost 4 hours which itself tells about their dedication to perfection and their caring approach. Any Shih Tzu owner will know that a proper bath, blow drying and combing of a full fur dog itself takes almost an hour. Wonder how the entire service is provided by some grooming centre in 1.5hrs.
2. Mrs. Attreyee Chatterjee who owns this place personally interact with all the customers and explain the entire process even on a busy Sunday. We were to leave our furry baby for the first time and were really shaky, but she really made us feel comfortable and it was really important for us.
3. The place overall was very clean & well maintained and all the staff was friendly. The grooming room is sanitised after every session. Even the locality was nice and finding a parking spot was easy.
4. Most importantly, the service provided was beyond our expectations. Attreyee herself attain the pet and the trimming was not just focused on the face and back but was done overall with attention to belly, lower abdominal, under paws etc which are generally prone to nods.
We are really satisfied with our experience and will recommend this place to all. Thank you Attreyee and your team and wish you guys all the best.
