★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. I bought contact lenses from this store for my best friends wedding ceremony. But when I opened the pack what I found was an empty pack without any lens inside it. Being considerate about the reputation of the brand Titan, I shared this information with the store manager and asked for his help in providing me with the lenses at venue. But all I got from their end was very much disappointing. Despite of making some arrangements, all they could offer me, was an apology with refund. They thought just in terms of money and ruined my special day. Customer satisfaction is nowhere in their dictionary. Can't trust this store anymore.
