★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid them for VoIP and when I tried the VoIP on day 1 it wasn't working well so I asked then for refund and it's been more than 1 week that I haven't got any replies Or call nothing. I even sent them mails but they don't reply. I would recommend not to use their services.
Today is Nov 3rd, 2021. It's been more than a month and they never refunded my money. I request to all of you who planning to use this company's services please dont do it. They just take money and give you excuses. On 22nd sept I've been promised by their employee that I'll get the refund within 15-30 business days and now it's been over a month they didn't gave me my money back.
