The owner is extremely rude and that moves down the ladder to all other employees. Its plain and simple cheating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge a lot while providing new connection or restoration but service is very bad. Most presumably they switch off their servers on weekend and let the customers suffer. It is like recharging for a month and getting service for like 23-24 days. They are non-responsive, don't attend to calls. Even Alliance also doesn't care much. They keep on passing the blame game to this local distributor.
Very pathetic kind of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service providers. After sales service is extremely poor. I have taken Alliance Broadband connection from them. The service is extremely poor. U will be getting internet for 15 days out of 30 days u have paid for. These people will hardly pick up ur phone. They will be taking close to 72 hours attending ur calls. It will be complete wastage of ur hard earned money.
