★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner never cares of what problem is faced with the residents. They are only concern about monthly rents and even charges for single day delay.
Also when we (me and roommate) complained for some problem they completely ignored us and second time they shouted our parents for calling them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was such a horrible pg, and the landlord here is absolutely mannerless, he shouts on girls on every minor inconvenience. He thinks he is ruling us and behaves as if we are living for free and he's doing some sort of favor to us. Worst pg, no cleanliness, workers do not clean properly and keep the rooms and kitchen untidy and unhygienic. The landlady is least bothered and doesn't take responsibility of anything. The only good part about this pg was my roommates because we had like minded thoughts about this pg together. Don't ever come here
