★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the gym I came across u guys believe me many times I tried multiple gyms, but couldn't stick to it because of the reason that I can't see any improvement and no one guide u through if you new to gym untill u don't hire any PT but here Tarun bhaiya n his team have an eye on everyone guide them with ryt posture, diet , exercise plans and everything, environment is safe n healthy hygienic and very affordable highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best fitness club in Noida, one will get all the suggestions and help needed for exercises. Special diet plans and suggestions are also provided. I lost 10 kgs in 2 months just by diet suggestions. Great staff and perfect equipment.

I had an injury on my right shoulder and gym owner (trainer) worked on my injury and helped me, recovered from my injury because of his expertise and correct knowledge in bodybuilding. I will definitely suggest you to train in the gym because of excellent trainer and equipped with almost all type of machines

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym equipments are well functioning and trainer (guruji) helps u with every exercise. Even the gym fee is affordable and has various plans for the payment. Trainer also provides u with free exercise and diet plan. The crowd over here is friendly and supports in every possible way.☺☺☺??
