★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked out many PG’s in this area. Later , I decided to stay in Exact Homes PG raipur . I have been staying in this place since past 6months . I can assure you that are having best maintenance and room services as well as good food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're far from your family and need a family, I would definately recomment Xcat home.Nice comfortable and food is really good. People made me feel like home.kindness of the hosts... they are polite and helpful people. Owner is very Cooperative, during lockdown almost took care as family would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not take this PG, Owner Vivek Tripathi is a fraud, do not refund security, use foul language and fight with them and their parents. Only he care about is money. 3rd grade Food, Rotis are better in Jail as compared to here and food is never prepared on time, almost half of tenants go empty stomach in the morning for their college. Rooms are not cleaned on regular basis. They do not entertain any problem.
Their behavior is good only when they want money else you die they do not care. Only good thing about their PG is their warden Moni Di and Staff Krishna.
Also they increase the rent when ever they want. Vivek Tripathi is a 3rd class person. Not only me all girls are tired of their services. I strictly recommended to not take this PG.
Please ask the tenants their feedback before taking Xact Homes PG.
I have wasted my time and money, Please you people do not waste yours.
I am using my false name as i know they will contact me and torture me again for writing this review. I will ask all the tenants to write about the truth for this PG.
I beg the Xact Home PG Staff to stay away from me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are good foods are the worst and and about hygine they clean up dishes with mesh's curtons. Behaviour of the the owner is too undecent after start living in there. It was my first and the last PG experience. I never ever suggest anyone to stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked out many PGs in area but this was best that too at reasonable price.
There is a cafeteria where all mates come together for dinner and breakfast.( they have 3 PGs - 2 for boys 1 for girls so all of us eat together)
Great views from balcony and Terrace (as you can see in photos)
Clean rooms.
Unnecessary restrictions aren't there.
Staff is also good.
All guest's are really friendly somedays we wake up till late night and enjoy.
Owner is also friendly and helpful.
Staying from almost last 10 days didn't faced any Major problem till now.
