★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A startup company which is not much sure of what it is doing. Here are the pros and cons that should be considered before working in this company.
Pros-
- Promises are made to provide with all the better opportunities. All the people who are aware of the fact “PROMISES ARE MEANT TO BE BROKEN” only those can work happily here.
- People capable of doing donkey’s work without raising their voices against the management even if you are not paid can survive here till eternity.
- People with very good technical skills, capabilities and who are courageous enough to put all the knowledge and capabilities in the hands of foolish management and who can make completely fool out of themselves if tried to correct the wrongdoings can survive happily here. However, not to forget in the long run the corrections suggested turns out to be true.
- All the employees or people who are able to connect and can communicate with the aliens in the planet Pluto can work here with great ease. Since all the management exists in Pluto so you might as well have the skills required for interconnectivity with extraterrestrial life to get in touch with the management.
- Every employee or a person who joins a startup company does know the shortcomings of the company and do not expect greater facilities like that of bigger companies also they are aware of the fact that one might have to work hard the twice the amount that will be paid as well. But if you are a kind of employee who does not have minimum expectations for the employee facilities such as “THE BASIC PAY” for the service you have provided, the time and hard work that you have invested then you can work here happily.

- No cons as such only the above-mentioned pros.
