★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I had a bad experience, my phone was water damaged they just told me that i should replace the motherboard i don't want to as the amount is not worth it. While they are returning my device they asked me whether i would sell the device or not. I denied . After that i just messaged Mi service on twitter they told me there is no policy of selling your device to service center. It's fishy they are just looting customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and staff behaviour are not good towards customer. Also not skilled staff are there. My daughter went for her mi 11pro lite for heating issue but they always told her to format phone. Also she go for 2nd time after 15 days they told the same. Staff skill quality are not up to mark.
