★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried a lot of places, but this gym is the only one in the area that actually makes you do CrossFit. I've been going regularly here now. The trainers here have sound knowledge about the workouts and can assess the ability of a person to exercise well and guide them accordingly. My personal experience has been with Mr. Rahul Chauhan during the training here and he has helped me look fitter and stronger.
