I'd say the best gym in Rohini (specially if you're a newbie). You can get better ambience of gym around but when it comes to the Coaches, they really good and helpful. Most of them are gold medalist in some or the other genre. They will really guide you through each day for your workout (unlike most gyms where they focus on either PT clients or female clients). The owners are pro-active and ensure healthy environment and positivity.

All the trainers are really amazing. They are par excellence in curating personalized training regimes. Moreover the equipment and space is really well managed and the gym welcomes a very decent crowd.

The gym doesn't provide adequate machines to workout, and half of them provided don't work or are under maintanenece. Trainers aren't skilled enough and don't provide required expertise. No social distancing norms are followed and besides, the gym is always in unhygienic position. Price is way too high and definitely not worth it.

Safety is a major concern, the treadmill stops abruptly as circuit breakers can go down at any point of time. Also, there are no glasses to drink water to assist those who have not brought their shakers/sippers. Lastly, trainers. They are majorly concerned with the PT clients ONLY. However, this is gradually somewhat changing. But the gym has some pros too, it a good gym for females who focused and want a change with respect to their fitness routine as they offer variety of classes and a specific female trainer. That was all. Thank you.
