★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic !!! Their delivery people update misinformation- for non delivery. Their customer care is clueless.. last mile tracking is very horrible. Delivery executive doesn’t pick up calls or switches off his phone.
It has happened twice now - they have not delivered my order and updated the reason - “I was not available”. Which is blatant lies - I was home and no one called. I spoke to 4 customer care executives- they kept saying we have “updated” - no idea what they did- coz NOTHING HAPPENED!
Pls don’t ever use this service! Unprofessional and clueless !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deals in delivering fraud package from others and harass the customers on cash on delivery. Fraud deals with fraud companies and the customer care is not at all supportive and helpful towards the customers. Horrible experience ..such service providers should shut down asap

They have delever my parcel in UP but they sent my parcel to Assam. When i contacted them then they said sorry sir by mistake it reached asaam.
Please if Xpressbees is delivering your order then cancel it as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever.. I have been recieving 'out for delivery' alerts since 4 days and hasn't received the parcel yet. Later they notifies that I was unavailable (which is an utter lie). The delivery guy named Rahul Kumar (I found the number from nykaa order tracking details) isn't even picking up my call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service. I did COD and they asked me to pay by PHONEPE which I did successfully. Now even after giving them all the transaction details they are saying we have not received money and did not deliver order as well.
They should definitely be taken to court.
