★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative points have to given ., Unprofessional team from Customer care Executive to Technicians, even Call Center., Please don’t waste your time by giving mobile to repair with them .
First they quoted Rs.3,850/- for repair then immediately they reduce to Rs.3,000/-. Then I told them to return back without repair .
When I complained to Head office, after 3-4 days , they arranged for Technician visit to home and as a Cooked diagnosis he is telling Motherboard problem. And quoting Rs. 6,000/- plus for repair.
Unprofessional company without having responsible staff and management.
Never encourage these type of Companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried selling my phone to them. The pickup was scheduled but then they called me on the pickup date to tell me that my area was not serviceable. If my area was not serviceable, they should have told me that before setting up the pickup. I had other offers for the phone and I had to say no to them because I thought these guys will follow through. Please don't use their services for anything. Absolute clowns.
Edit: Stop sending me messages to sell my used phones to you. You don't service my location my phone does not service your number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I had an option to give 0 starts. Terrible service and customer experience. Rude, impolite and unprofessional people. Initially they send message saying that phone will be serviced for Rs. 99, they take Rs. 100, before taking the device they say that IN CASE there's display issue, they would want to change the display at Rs. 5200. Then they share the receipt of picking up the phone, writing Rs. 5300 on it and take my signature on it. Later on they call and tell that it's Rs. 5400. Please note that earlier they had said explicitly that the display will be repaired only if display has gone bad and only if I agree to it. I am pretty sure that my display has not gone bad, and they call and ask me for Rs. 5400 for changing the display. I narrate the entire thing and they say that they'll get back to me. They call me back and add another Rs. 2800 for IC. When I say that I don't want it to be returned, they become extremely impolite and rude.
It's just a money making scam that they're running where they first lure you with Rs. 99 offer and then "create" issues with your phone to "fix" it for which they want to charge extravagantly.
Going by other comments, they break your device if you don't get it repaired from them. I just hope that they don't do this with me. If they do, I'm going to share that to all their social handles, that too with so many IDs that they won't be able to keep track.
Worst customer service experience ever. Seriously, even people providing bad service try their best to provide the best customer experience, however, probably Yaantra doesn't know that apart from social media marketing,today, more than ever, word of mouth (ofcourse virtually, like this review) is a major factor in creating customer base for a company.
Please don't go for positive reviews, you never know, you could be the one giving 1 star the next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -0 star for Yaantra. Very Cheap service, Greedy people/staffs. Very unprofessional. They don't know, how to talk with a customer. My mobile phone is with Yaantra from last 2 years. company boy is scratching the back side of my mobile with the bike key, before delivery, but he was not aware that there is a CCTV camera at my place, & there is also a shop, the shopkeeper also saw him that this boy was scratching the phone with the bike key, i hope this video recording proof will be sufficient to show your cheap service to Samsung people and world. You people are doing this to make money from the customer. from last two years you people have kept my phone with you. i haven't used my mobile phone as much as you people are using it. you people are playing with the customers patience.
