★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my cylinder within 15 mins of calling them on a Sunday. I was unable to go myself due to a health reason and they were so prompt and helpful in delivering the cylinder to my door step. Super efficient service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked the cylinder.. status is showing as delivered.. i haven't received the cylinder yet . Every time we have to call and request for delivery.. then only they deliver...
Last time they simply updated as house is closed. They didn't come at all..
This time they agree saying delivered without delivering it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked the gas 5 days ago, still haven't delivered of refill booked.
After several follow up with the Karthick Agencies they asked me to call the delivery person directly.
The Delivery person , Always when he deliver the refill, talks with Rude tone.
I tried calling delivery person, after received his contact number from agency.
He was so rude , asked me to come in the main road . I thought that It will be home delivery.
He said to taking from the main road. I am a lady with injured hand I cannot lift the weight of the gas to my home, asked to help to do home delivery, since the road is proper till my home.
with loud voice refuse to deliver to home and told me " if you want take or else leave , I cannot home deliver and will go now" with rude tone left immediately .
I am in a need of gas, cannot spend money for my food everyday outside.
Infact my hand is injured, after the request also he refused to home delivery.
if they are not deliver at home, what is the point and for what they charge for delivery.
And sad part is , not getting support from the agency.
Some time I go directly in a Auto to get refill cylinder in their office and they charge delivery even if they not to do home delivery also.
very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are misleading customers by giving false information, and they are making people wait for more than a week to deliver cylinder. I have booked a cylinder a week ago still they have not delivered yet, every day I am calling them to check status, all these days they were telling they don’t have person to deliver cylinder to my location and today they are telling they don’t have stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want to give such a rating to anyone but these people totally deserve it. Wish there would have been an option to give zero or negative ratings.
Booking for new gas connection was done online in the first week of the month. These agency people never look at online bookings. I had to raise complaint from HP app for which the agency don't even care. And from nowhere they call me back during month end and ask to come to their office same day. The reason for their rush is monthly target! This is ridiculous. They are only worried about their target and not about providing service to the customers.
When went to pay for the new connection, they are so careless and not even read what the customer has applied for in online application. They charged me only for one cylinder even though the application was for two cylinders. But while payment they said second cylinder will be delivered within 3days.
The second cylinder never came till 10 days. If calling, they rarely answer. Had to keep on calling and when our luck works, they pick up. After calling many many ti.es, they just me to go to their office. On office visit, they tell as I did not pay deposit for additional cylinder, it was not delivered.
This is totally their mistake for not having bill me for two cylinders and simply say payment not done. After I pay in their office, they say system problem and didn't give payment receipt. When asked for payment receipt they ask to come to office another day and collect it. They don't realize the value of customer's time.
After paying for 2nd cylinder, it was mentioned to be delivered by next day. Nobody turns up even after 5days. When calling, they wont answer. If call is picked up by chance, always SAME ANSWER - IT WILL BE GIVEN TODAY. Sadly, that day never came while I write this review. Not sure how many more days they need. Its already been more than 2 minths now from the date of application submission.
BUNCH OF USELESS PEOPLE CARELESSLY RUNNING THIS AGENCY. PLEASE OPT FOR ANY OTHER HP AGENT THAN KARTHIK AGENCY.
