★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Sardana enterprises agency staff delivery people will take extra for cylinder refill 50 to 60 rupees extra so be aware about it when we as a question to the delivery person he says all people are giving you also have to give so who is keeping the role of this Sharda enterprises or indane gas company it is not for from house maximum 600 metres from my residence even though they are looting amount taken for ₹634 is ₹690. This is not the first time almost from one year I am looking, so then what is the use of subsidy?

I recently bot a new gas connection and the process I followed was very streamlined. The gas cylinders were delivered at the promised time without any hassle. The prices are very reasonable and best around this locality. The staff attitude must be more courteous towards customers..

Rude receptionist, They doesnt even know the process.
No response if you need to check the Gas safety, No response if you need to change Regulators.
changing to some other provider just because of this Agency itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On time delivery. Delivery boys are very cooperative and professional. However Nett weight is below billed quantity. Shortage of 0.7 to 0.9 kgs everytime. Cylinders are muddy, rusted, dented and shabby most times. If you remove all that mud, it weighs even lesser i guess. Waiting for metered direct to home gas pipeline from Govt of India.
