★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the leading IOC-Indane gas distributing Agency covering entire J.P.Nagar area and adjacent JNR 5th.4th T and 9th. Block areas. Their services are par excellence. We are under their services since over 40 years. No complaints. If you book a refil they will deliver with in a week . Recently first time there was leak in cylinder and as soon as we telephoned they sent their mechanic and corrected the defect in the cylinder. They are reliable and can be depeded upon for good service. I recommend strongly.

They are very poor service provider. They do not take online request to transfer the connection into consideration because they want customers to visit from no matter where the customer is and they also charge money just to approve a request. Customer should feel that they are getting cooking gas for free. They lie on the phone, say things like System is not working, Person to attend the request is not available.
On top of that, the Indane customer care service is equally useless and helpless to help customer in any way. Try to avoid this gas agency in Bangalore.
