Yog Vidya Dham is located at college road and one of the prime spots in Nashik and can be reached easily from Gangapur road and satpur area of Nashik. It is quiet and calm place to practice yoga as a daily routine. Here, they offer various yoga courses from beginner level to professional yoga teachers. Apart from these, people suffering from various health ailments practice yoga.and do mdeitation here to get free of diseases.Now days lot of students from foreign countries come here to learn yoga. All the yoga teachers here are very cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a awesome holy place. I completed my 250hr TTC from Gurukul in August 18. They make me a good instructor. Since September i am taking classes and Now i have my 2 yoga centre and my own logo and company , if you want ,you can check in google “Cosmos yoga classes in Shadhol” . Entire credit goes to Gurukul. Team gurukul teaches you how to utilise your each second.
Highly recommend go and realise your own energy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just finished my Pre and Postnatal Yoga TTP from this school. The course curriculum was good. Mrs Kate who lead our course was really good and has good experience about the subject. Guest lectures were also good. The management people were very rude specially Mr Gandhar and Mr Pramod. They don't have manner how to talk to people. The rooms really unhygienic, they gave us used blankets and at the end of the course also asked to wash it. The beds and the washrooms were dirty .So as a Yoga School they don't follow "Shaucha" or cleanliness. Also they always came late for the sessions, which means they don't respect the time. They ask us to keep silence in Kitchen and while eating, and they were only breaking these rules and they expect others to follow. One of the volunteer of this course were really irresponsible, she was also doing this course with us. But it was her Choice to attend or not to attend any lecture. This ashram is in a remote area where you will not find anything around. I will not suggest anyone to go to this school for learning or knowing about real Yoga. The fees is less here but your experience will also be the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good institute if u r a beginner in yoga... But I really didn't like the way the further courses are planned because there's lots of wastage of time for entertaining there drift towards religious activities like weekly prayers and pravachans. But if u r having time then it's a wonderful certified yoga course here.
It's entire course is divided into 8 compete levels.The beginners course is of one month only.
