My experience with Nilam madam is a worth sharing one. One year back this day i joined her yoga class, i weighed around 112kg. Her yoga sessions and diet advices has helped me a lot to shed those extra kilos and get back into shape. I could successfully lose 20 kgs in a span of 7 months. I feel more confident and energetic and I am a new person alltogether, calm and balanced, for which i am ever thankful to Nilam madam, even in these difficult times of pandemic, madam continued yoga sessions through online classes. Now i weigh 89kg and I wish to continue doing yoga for the rest of my life. May God bless us all.

Just within first couple of yoga classes I felt the difference. Most importantly mam is always responsive on and off the mat which made the yoga experience whole lot fruitful. I highly recommend Yagya Yoga classes.
