If you are looking of for weight loss this is the best place, I have lost more than 5kgs in a single month and switched to better and healthy lifestyle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place for yoga and workout. The trainer and owner Hardik Patel is the Gold Medalist in yoga and his knowledge of yoga and other body pain points is beyond the level . The method of training of this awesome man is very unique, one will defenetly be fit and healthy if goes daily ;). You will not found this kind of yoga method in any of the yoga or excersie center in Nikol for sure.
