★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have major problem in your yamaha bike then go to this centre, other wise for minor servicing like oil change, washing etc, I will prefer then local mechanic shops are good.Althogh service is good but Yamaha parts are quite expensive than other bikes, labour charges rate are sum of your full service equivalent to you pay for bike service to other mechanics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff members are cooperative. but owner is bloody thief. When im share my bike issues with him then he asked me to money of 13000/- but when I come back to take my bike then he says my bike charge is 15000/- .. and he don't have manners. Ise client se bat Karne ki tamiz nahi hai. Or Main Yamaha motors se guzarish karna chahunga ke service center is bande se hata ke kisi or ko de Diya jay Jo Yamaha motors ki image kharab na hone de ..thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall experience is horrible. The owner named Arvind is always on phone and solving his personal and professional problems all the time. Mr.Arvind told me that your Scooty will be ready in 2 hours however they always pick new work in the meanwhile and engage themselves in other work. The owner is also running some vehicle insurance business in the service center. The funny part is the receptionist named, Gudiya. She does not even know how to write english and they never provide bill unless you ask them to provide. Pathetic service ,not customer centric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quite small but enough for servicing of bike. The original equipments of yamaha are bit costly. The services they provide is descent. They have to take original parts from somewhere else if they don't have it and it will consume some hours. Overall experience is good as there is no yamaha service center in this region.
