Worst sale service I ever observed.
They didn't provide satisfactory invoice for the vehicle.
When I demanded for the same, the staff gave me 10 dates one after another in a duration of 15 days but they didn't keep their words and still I'm waiting for their response.
On 15th day after purchase, when i demanded rudely the Dealer said that he has provided sufficient documents of prchase and will file an FIR against me for intimidating one of his staff.
but after sufficient debate he cooled down.
Better option is to opt for some other dealer in Tatanagar which is not very far from here.
