★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice grocery store is now open in Evershine Nagar Malad West. It is the biggest store in this area. It is specious, and one can pick up the products of the choice from the shelves while walking thru the aisles and take it to the billing counter. My first overall experience was good. Happy shopping here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of buying food articles from this place. Purchased a rice packet full of worms. Manufacturing date was more than a year old. Also after bringing it to their attention, they are not willing to replace it. I have never experienced such behaviour from any retailer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally a shop in Evershine nagar that will cater to all my monthly grocery needs. I was also hesitant to go to dmart off late given the long queues. Though discount structure is not promising but the product range available under one roof cover up for it. The staff is well trained and in specific there is a female staff at counter who has excellent English communication and customer service skills. Overall good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Most of the grocery items are not available. I have gone there twice to purchase monthly grocery but need to arrange other products from somewhere else. They don't give you add on product which comes free with any product in offer. When you see bill or packet at home you will realise what they have done. Really very disappointing. They even bother to give us product which comes free from brand itself. Such a cheat. They will not harm keeping 40-50 bugs product loss to their customer but yes they are definitely losing their customer trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is located close to the road and is very visible. It is a mart as you can get everything. The service is nice and you are helped if you are stuck. They also provide a 5% discount on your bill which is always good. The shop is quite big and you can shop comfortably. One thing I dislike is there is no indication of what is kept where so you have hunt for everything whereas if there is a small board hanged above each lane which states what is in that lane it would be very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place claims that they will deliver even small orders but when you call they always refuse. Even while visiting in person ,staff has no clue about the products... Highly unprofessional. Shop will be shut down soon due to customer dissatisfaction.
