★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited location few months back. Flat area was good except they should have provide little bigger hall(only one negative in flat). I am giving giving 2 star only because of sales person and look like all team is taught like this since I visited twice in 1 year(1 time for friend next time for self).
Below is there strategy -
1. show sample flat -
2. explain floor plan
3. explain benefit of VJ strategy - good till this point
4. Sir we have token system and you need to pay today or tomorrow.
Last point was very disappointing for me, means person visiting you first time and you literally demanding money on first visit. It is okay to explain token system but he is trying very hard to convience us to pay for token. This is very embraccing at first visit he explain this is very small amount and refundable etc.
But they should understand customer, its good idea to explain this system rather than conviencing hard for same. Cause flat or home we show to our elder as well maybe in next visit customer can opt for it.
Because of sales person behavior we didnt go again to same location and they didnt take any follow-up(thank they didnt call)..
Suggestion to management - Please change your strategy and listen to customer first

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ loot in the name of customization. You will not have choice to customize as per your requirement. Only what they have provided, you have to shop.
4100 Rs for one electricity point. at least should i have provided choices like types, brands and color choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service from sales team as well as CRM team. Sale team always project All the flats are booked on first day itself, you will be given limited option for selection. CRM team will tell you all parking slots are selected on 1st day itself. Why they hell do you call people for parking selecting if they don't have option to choose.
I can only say they don't give a dam to customer satisfaction. Based on my experience I will never recommend VJ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked and cancelled with the loss of 50k for the below reasons:
* Prices are quite high as per the sizes.
* Actual master bedroom size is small if we do not count small cupboard space.
* Sales person or CRM team will not respond to you once you booked.
* On launching day you will have to beg for the proper unit and allocation and have to run behind sales person. Felt like sabji mandi.
* Over density project.
* 8 flats per floor in small passage size
* For even small modification in flat you will have to pay more money.
* Worst booking experience.

Good management and sales guys are excellent
plus point is vj as a brand name and on time delivery as people say and location.
Project has now right set of amenities and construction is good ( this is one of reason why people choose VJ)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales team is pathetic . They will promise you anything to sell the flat . In the first visit only they will push you hard to pay the token amount and will tell that the amount is AUTOMATICALLY refundable if we decide not to go ahead with purchase . This is very unprofessional to try to take money from customers in the first visit only . When I asked for refund , they said it will be refunded in 7 working days . After 7 working days they said that they have now CHANGED the procedure and instead of automatic refund the process is now MANUAL . Sales team definitely need to think twice before promising anything to customer. Sales team is ruining the VJ brand
