★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done 3 agreements with Yatin Bhai till date.. He has been very helpful, accommodative and my experience has been very good. All the 3 times the services were quick. Special mention of the patience showcased by him during the agreement stage for various changes which are undertaken in the agreement. Have never seen him showcasing displeasure. He has even reverted in non working hours and has always priced the services competitively.
It is highly recommended to avail their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my rent agreement registration through them for second year in row. This time both my me tenant and I were in remote locations and had to do a e-registration. The representative came for home visit for the biometrics and did all the formalities so promptly.
Special mention to Yatin, who was super responsive with his calls, messages and managed all the communication with the tenant and me really in a seamless and very professional manner.
Also, I did a comparison with different agencies and found their prices to be the lowest.
Highly recommended!!!!!

Where do I begin.... Yatin and his wife Anviksha went out of their way to help in the registration and shifting and restoration of the electricity meter for my house maid. She was having a hard time in getting a home being a house maid - Mr. Shah through his connections and good will made this possible for my house maid who was struggling past 2 months.
Thank you for your hard work and efforts.
They are such down to earth people. God Bless them with good luck and prosperity always!

I do all my flats rent agreement and recommend to my friends I know.. during lockdown the way services was rendered really appreciated to my tenants when they were in hometown.. services were given at their doorsteps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time visiting this place for lease agreement. The experience was horrible. The lady was extremely rude. When I asked her to change few things in draft she asked me to put it on watsapp on although I was sitting in front of her. Total government office atmosphere.
It was my first and last time that I have visited. I will never ever visit again.
