★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I posted my requirement for purchasing a flat in Casa Bella on an online housing portal. Many agents including Horizon Realtors contacted me for the same. Finally there were 2-3 properties which I shortlisted and wanted to finalize one of these. 1 of those flat was shown to me through Horizon Realtors and when I explained them in detail about my financial problem and the payment structure I wanted to go for they provided me with the best option possible for me which made my finance part a lot easier than I thought. Employees in this firm are very helpful and they empathize with the client very well and work till the maximum possible extent from their end to fulfill their clients' requirement. I will give this firm a 5 star rating from my end. All the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with one Mr. Prasad. Very poor service. I handed over the keys for renting the flat a few months back. In October, he asked me to transfer some money to get the flat cleaned and painted. Now end of December there is no news from him about the work done. He doesn't answer calls or reply to messages.
