★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across Mr. Subramanian via Google and he turned out to be a very knowledgeable and an extremely professional realtor who understands the bespoke needs of a customer. He helped me in getting a tenant for a 2 bhk house in Palava Casa Rio Gold within a day (which suggest to me he has a big database of prospective tenants and correspondingly multiple flat owners) and the best thing was the documentation was done at the house including updating tenancy document with biometric information within hours after final discussion! And then when I travelled back from Mumbai, he took care of the house readiness activities very smoothly via his contractors and sent me real time pics to ensure all was to my satisfaction. Even the official registration of the documents was taken care of by him in my absence and a few days later I simply got the final copies duly signed and completed in all aspects. It was just a delightful experience for me regarding something which could have easily turned out to be very strenuous exercise. So my most sincere thanks to Mr. Subramanian from Vallab Realtors for all his help and I recommend him to any potential flat owner/tenant.

He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of buying new flat recommendations in local market. Every time we viewed a new property Balasubramanian would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction. Also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were are comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. Would also like to take this opportuntiy to convey that he is having vast experience and great deals. Would recommend him for his professional service with good quality and responsive.
