★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveling problem, more traffic jam, but nice place, tight security, inner buses every fifteen minutes, gim, playgrounds, hospital, general stores, banks, schools, hotels, wide roads, lighting, rent cycle, temple all are good. Very good safety, atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palava Casa Rio is actually a world class city. The enviornment is super cool. This enviornment you can get in Navi Mumbai.The people here are very friendly except few arrogant people.There is only one temple inside which is good for Hindus as compared to places where there is disturbance due to Mosque loudspeaker. There is garden everywhere which children like to play around. There is so much of silence. The only problem is of travelling during peak hours. It will take minimum 45 minutes to reach nearest railway station. Apart from that there is no problem at all. The water and electricity is 24hrs available. Grocery, Restaurants, salon etc are very much affordable rates. During rainy season there is problem of water logging on roads which is very bad. There is bus available at timely interval to move inside casa Rio and reach upto main highway. The autos charge very high which is 50rs standard to go anywhere. Ola charges very high and sometimes they don't even come. Rent is very much affordable and cheap looking at the facilities which goes upto max 12k for 1.5bhk.For retired people this is the best place. Also for people doing work from home this is heaven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very planned and calm city.. Though its little inside from main road but you get peaceful experience here.. It feels like home when you get away from car honking and polluted air of big cities. Inside the city you can find everything from schools to theatre.. Playground.. Shops.. It's safe for single woman and children too cuz of security system.
