★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa Rio seems to be a great place to stay. It's quite clean. The only issue is the daily commuting. I too live in Lodha Palava and so I know the issues faced in commuting to the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place plenty of amenities. Clean and big space. Flats are great. This place has a cricket ground a number of playgrounds. Supermarkets school classes garden hospital. Clubhouse temple electricity division an a few gyms. Lodha builder has done a really great job here. The only drawback is the location. It's far far away from Mumbai or Dombivali city for that matter so travelling is tedious but hey you won't get anything like this anywhere else. This place is peaceful
