★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place to live. Totally a different place and will definitely improve the quality of living.
Pros - improved lifestyle at affordable price in Mumbai. Makes your rough and rugged life very smooth. Plenty of greenery. Good and grocery accessible at doorstep. Connectivity to Mumbai is also taken care by H20 bus service. Mass participation of people in festivals. World class schools and hospitals available in premises.
Unity in diversity.
Cons - very far from main Mumbai. The construction of the houses require frequent maintenance and waterproofing could have been better. The maintenance is very high as compared to other properties.

Value for money - 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the whole area as there are all facilities such as 24 hour Electricity supply, Water supply, Schools, hospitals, transportation,etc. are available.
The only problem is that it is far from railway station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently shifted here at Casa Bella and trust me, it's beautiful. Too clean, good amenities, many facilities. Only thing is, u must have your own vehicle else traveling can be issue. Ola -Uber can be good option though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good , well developed inside. Has mall, school, office buildings all within its area. It is well maintained and gives you feeling of a big colony. The office buildings are like only 50 meters from the xperia mall and also 50 meters from main gate so connectivity wise they are at ideal location, the lobby and common area are all well maintained and top class. It is a city in itself so you don't have to worry about anything it has everything inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place to live in.Utmost care is taken .Mall and school are also nearby . Various facilities are provided by Palava group . Exquisite decoration and celebrations on festivals. Travelling problem is solved by the bus and the bus route provided by Palava.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very well maintained place to live, with all the basic amenities. Lodha is taking good care of Security, Housekeeping, Parking and Citybus service. All the society has a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, children's parks, library, Grocery Stores, medical store, Salone, EV Charging point, School, Stadium, cycle points, golf course, Temple, banks, health centre and a shopping mall. Overall it's a city itself.
