★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, a day before i have to shift, they still don't have any agreements and NOC ready, executives are arrogant and rude, and they were constantly giving excuses of server is down and that is why they can't process the papers and they did it for complete week, even a day before shifting they don't have any answer of at what time you can move in the next day. I won't recommend anyone to take this route via easy lease for renting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unproffessional guys, with arrogant behaviour. They quote anything and dont have manners. Charbi chadh gaye hai saalon ko .Ek baar maar khaye hai aur her baar phatke khayenge . Plz dont go to their office for ur work, instead contact a road side broker. He is much more polite & proffessional than these easy lease dogs.

You pay high price for no quality.
They don't bother if your agreement is ready or not.
Next time,Will prefer someone outside Rio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behavior.. The agent never picked up calls, never worked to find a flat for me.. Plus the rents quoted are higher than what you'd get from outside brokers. So it's better to avoid them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PEL is a very big complex, a city within a city.....but the problem is, if you are staying in a block, you could be far away from the closest grocery, or clinic, or barber shop. And you don't have choice...also if you plan to go outside the complex, it's a very long walk....so one has to have a 2 wheeler, otherwise be dependent on others for assistance..

1. No Transport facility nearby.
2. Broker will say grofers, big basket etc. comes but they don't come.
3. Broker never picks call or answer chats once he gets his brokerage.
4. All kinds of fake promises. Nothing in writing. Flats have issue with toilets but never gets rectified.
5. Owner only interested in rents.
6. Most cars and bike sparked are fake and are hired or purchased by lodha (second hand) to give false impression of occupancy.
7. Flat construction is very poor. Except the main building slab and bars all other construction is flimsy POP only!!! Cannot drill holes else whole wall may come down!!!
