Yes bank Powai gave a sponsorship to SSPC India on its annual Function held on Sep. 15, 2017. More than 10 top officers came in the function and shared yes bank activities. Also participated in the evening Gala Dinner and Cultural program. The sponsorship was merely Rs. 25000/- Till today the bank is unable to pay inspite of the several personal meetings with Manager Mr. Rahisul Alam and lady Ms. Ayushi Mittal. I have not seen such a lethargic manager and useless staff who are bent upon spoiling the image of the YES BANK to that low. Three times all the invoice, pan card, bank details of SSPC India were given. Every time they want this again and again. Is the bank has such a rotten procedure. Being fed up with the bank, I have already withdrawn my 5 lakhs deposited in the bank and now I am trying to close my account in the bank. Basic information on closing of senior citizen account was not properly given to a senior citizen who had gone alone to close saving account. Next day upon enquiring on why the senior citizen was not guided properly; the so called senior lady (perhaps branch manager) started making contradictory statements which were enough to make us aware on how she took advantage of lone senior citizen to fool him so that they are free to deduct as much amount as they want. Nway lesson learnt never say a Yes to a complete NO NO bank.
