Went for foreclosure of loan but representative was so arrogance. She had only one word ' it's bank policy nothing I can do'
Your bank can right off ambanis dues but common man want to prepay lone before term( not sinking debt). Still you are charging.
I will never refer my any friend to your bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Just to change phone had to visit several times Pune Loan Branch and everytime we are told 'Systems are down'. Still unresolved after being assured that complaint will be resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes Bank has its own reputation of being the only bank to be awarded the Greenfield Bank license by RBI in the last decade.
In fact, it is as safe in most other public and private banks of India. There is another option, non banking financial corporations or NBFCs.
YES bank has the strongest balance sheet among all other Indian banks and it is absolutely safe to bank with them. Indian banks such as ICICI and HDFC had been NBFCs before becoming a bank. But, YES bank's licence was a completelt new one purely given on the professional merit of the founders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never been to this bank, the name itself creates doubts about it's trustworthiness.
Recently on 2nd Jan 22 , i transferred Rs. 3000/- online through phonePe from my kotak mahindra bank account of laxmi road, pune, to the same bank's tilak road branch, pune, but the money ended up in yes bank. How? Is the Bank engaged in online frauds?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Say NO to Yes Bank.
High interest rates on Home Loan.
They call it affordable but its not.
For every procedure they will call you to branch.
All employees are fustrated and will give wrong information to get customers.
Initially they told me ROI as 6.8% but currently its 9.2%.
Lots of troubles in repaying the loan amount and if you miss EMI by mistake then they will keep calling you.
Better to opt for other banks for Home Loan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service for home loan. The yes bank customers are least bothered of the customer once the loan is dispatched. Worst for home loan. Never ever go for yes bank. It's been 1 year for my home loan and I'm still not getting emi messages. Several times visited and lodged complaint but no use at all.
