★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a worst experience with this bank recently. I lost a big sum of money to fraudulent transactions on my credit card which could have been avoided had the on call executive blocked my credit card promptly. The bank declined to provide me with the times of the fraudulent transactions and the time of blocking my card these being pertinent proofs of their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever. Let's start from the very basics. Parking here is a tremendous issue. Parking in the bank premises is for the employees only and the bank officials literally leave their work and step out to tell the customers to park elsewhere. Customers convenience is the last priority. They will literally block your vehicle with the help of the security guard and make sure you are not able to remove your vehicle from the parking lot. Will never bother stepping in the bhandarkar road branch ever again.
