★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst experience ever!! I have been trying to change my home loan interest rate from MCLR to Repo rate past 3 months. They never respond to your emails. You can just call to call center and they will give you one request number (resolution time 10days) then some one will close that request without doing anything. You will call again to call center and they will keep you on hold forever on the name of checking details and will come back and say 'we can see that request is closed' we can open another request if you like, you will say Yes then again same will repeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT apply or take a home loan from Axis ...I am regretting after taking, Service , customer care service people - all inexperienced , rude...NEVER Ever cater to your queries and needs.... PLEASE go for some sensible good bank ..... until you apply for loan in this bank they will stand at your door for 24/7 service but once you have taken the loan they will NEVER Entertain your questions..... interest rates also very high

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officials here don't share the details of reducing the interest rate on there own. Customer needs to ask, then only staff gives details.
On Axis bank website the working hours are mentioned incorrect. Loan center remain closed on 2nd and 4th Saturday. Please note this thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm just rating the way the advisor helped and the best thing, is if you are axis bank account holder, you can close Axis loan Account by using Direct Debit option and loan is closed with mins no paper work required apart from few mandate checks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no option for minus points, as usual other customer's issue I am facing same issue taking more than 4 weeks to disburse the home loan amount. Also no response from manager, contact person. I would like to mention name of manager but will mention in next review. Dont take home loan from Axis bank because they are not only taking time to disburse the amount also they are not responding to my email, call, message. Will definitely share photos and name if things going same in next 2 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor response from employees my home loan top up not disbursed from 2 months. Comment from agency at the time of document submit 8 working days for sanctioned + disbursement but till no any sanction letter received. Employees not getting answer phone call and massages.
Please change this type service.
I not interested to give any reference to take loan from Axis..
