For new passbook I visited 3 times and again they asked me to come later. For every small thing we have to go several times. Staff behave like typicall sarkari naukar. They make faces while attending customers. That's inhuman. I felt bad for the senior citizens whom they don't guide properly and behave rude( just because those are uneducated)
