★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked them for checking the ?️. But there was no engineer available at 12:40. Which is 20 minutes prior to their lunch break. Thus whenever you visit, make sure you have atleast 5 to 6 hours of other work in the area. I am posting this review before receiving the printer back. After 1 hour there is still no update about what's the problem with my printer as the engineer might not have came yet....
