★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This point in front of the Yeshwantpur Railway station at Bengaluru, which is the prime railway junction of the big city, has poor traffic management system, specially during the morning and afternoon session. A car coming from the opposite end needs to move about 3 kilometers (2 metro stations overhead) just to make a U-turn to reach the station!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teach some manner with staff bcoz of they're doing wrong practice ,,...and if pasanger don't know about the rules then it's your duty to tell and give a instraction...if you guys are abusing language and asking money which is eligal..asper the high court rules you have to give chalan ... according to the high court rules...so I request to you railway department please from the next time please don't do this with other passanger...???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the railway junction and is one of the busiest railway stations in Bengaluru. Most of the trains in Bengaluru are starts from this junction. Yeswantapur metro( NAMMA METRO) stop is just next to this railway station. metro is at the Exit (6th PF) of yeswantapur railway station. I found it very difficult in booking cabs from this place. Finally had to book from OLA point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleaner than most stations in Bangalore..have 6 platforms in total. Nearby metro station, bus and taxi/auto stand. Customer facilitation centre is there as well.
Wheel chair entrance is also there. Lots of parking space near the 6th platform which is the main entrance and exit. Eateries are also there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesvantpur Jn is one of hte main & busiest stations of Bengaluru. Most of the trains connect to this station including Duronto, while the Rajdhani covers SBC.
Station is generally clean and has required amenities. You get all sorts of connectivity options from here like, metro (Namma metro), cabs (OLA booth is there for direct booking), buses, and autos.
Best thing is, the Metro station is in direct reach with connectivity to major zones of Bengaluru. Its like step out of stations platform 6 exit (West side) & theres metro station. Once it proved very helpful to me when my cab delayed me. I just took metro with cut to cut time & was able to catch train. Since time to reach any place via metro is fixed as opposed to road transport, you can easily plan time critical destination.
Also you have glorious, high rise, big National flag hoisted in between railway stations exit and metro station.
