I am your regular customer since 2 years so whatever i am going to share here its for betterment of your business so kindly take my feedback positively and try to feed forward the same.
Here one of the biggest issue that i have faced is of timings, on call they will book your appointment as per your desired timings but when you reach, you have to wait at least for 30 minutes, as i believe in time and m punctual plus professional so this is what i really dont like about YK Creation
Second point is not consistency in service
I have taken services frm all the employees almost but excpt nitin n nikunj, rest are not up to the mark
professional approach is needed much
apart from this SOP must be there
i had my hair cut with nikunj who gave me excellent service n next time as he was not available i have done it from sagar but it was pathetic experience
i had beard frm nitin, good enough
but next time had it frm another new fresher employee
it was bizzare
every employee treat customers in their own way
ome will give good hair oil n massage, other will not give
one will shampoo your hair very gently, one will do it roughly
one will use hot towle, another one not
so i request Yogeshbhai to streamline all the services for better growth
apart from this.
i hv booked 1 year package that includes 12 beards n 12 haircuts and at the time of booking they said ki aftr every service used, u will receive sms of remaining available services but i haven't received single message and now at last m facing issues in my balance services too.
So dear Yogeshbhai i request you to take my feedbacks on positive note and if psbl try to implement the same
last but not the least, i am writing this much bz m your loyal customer and i wnt to continue taking your services but subject to if above mentioned issues short out on priority basis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did Smoothening in Creation before 1.5 years. I went for Smoothening without knowing that there were discount going on. So pathetic service i experienced. It was done by staff. Literally my hair was getting broken while ironing just because staff wanted to go home soon . Don't ever go there especially when there's discount going on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here with my friend. No doubt the haircut for women is just amazing which we had from the main guy of this salon.
But in service, we faced one thing and i.e, when we called up and asked from price they told us 250/- and we were like okay fine...
When we visited, the main owner explained us so nicely did wash and cut the hair.. as we were not knowing that he is the main expert or the owner in salon neither we tried to ask as an client.
After haircut when we went down for the payment they told 500/- and we were like ?
So we asked the their staff why didnt say this to us in the call which we did before coming to salon. And they were like sorry for misconception...
But the takeaway is to ASK... no matter what salon, just ask how much i have to pay upfront when u visit so that u be prepared for the same such misunderstanding often takes place when u take appointment at any new places.

The staff was polite and friendly in nature, they suggested best things that suits me. Even my daughter went for highlights and haircut, she too loved the service they provided, the way they suggested how the things actually goes and what looks just perfect on me. I had came here for the haircut and i must say the hospitality they had given to me was absolutely marvellous amazing. Their speech and staff behaviour towards the client was very sweet and gentle. Their extra services are just amazing
I had gone for a haircut but they gave me head massage and 2nd time hairwash aslo as complimentary. Yk creation all services are just amazing. They gave me reward point aslo and on my birthday they gave me many complimentary services
If you want nd absolutely amazing haircut or any other services you should definitely visit the Yk Creation It’s must recommend place for you guys they will change your look amazingly and make you look more stunning
