★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have put primary COVID precautions for every customer who enters. I got my hair washed today and deep conditioned. Done by Hardik. Was absolutely wonderful. It is not over priced and they will certainly not push you into getting anything costlier done. I loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service … very bisbehaved staff and rude owner , they did keratin treatment on my hair and fried my hair and now my hair are totally damaged and I have severe hairfall . It has happened to me since 1.5 years I am calling them but they are not answering properly and delaying telling me that we will repair your hair but they did nothing. They did some kind of processes many a times which resulted into nothing ,making no difference in my hair.At last I had to consult doctor who told me that I have lost my hair density after doing my reports.Due to the harsh chemicals used I am not able get back my normal hair and I have totally lost my length and growth.
After showing the reports to parlour instead of agreeing with their mistake they started shouting on me and gave unsatisfactory answers.And instead of helping me she started blaming me that what should I do now ? What are your expectations from me??
I only expected a good reply from them but instead they started shouting.
So I recommend everybody to not go to Trustyle for any kind of hair treatment or else you will also face severe hair loss and damage. And you will also have to pay thousands of money to the doctor for repairing the damage done to your hair.
