★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yog Vidya Dham offers an in depth study of Yog through its well laid out syllabus.
Every aspect of Yog is taught well by the experienced teachers of YVD.
Also the course has 2 aspects to it. One, courses for personal growth in Yog (Pravesh, Parichay, Prabodh, Pravin and Pandit) and the other, courses for becoming a Yog Trainer (Shikshak, Adhyapak, Pradhyapak) by which you can engage in spreading the awareness of Yog.
Also the organisation conducts many special courses for Weight loss, Diabetes, Children, pregnancy, Back Pains and many more.
My experience has been quite good. So far I completed Yog Prabodh and would certainly like to proceed with the next courses.
The teachers and the volunteers are very caring and approachable and all these factors make me give a 5 star rating to the work this organisation is doing in spreading Yog.
Go ahead and start doing Yog with YVD.

They conduct daily Yoga batches either in Ganpati Mandir Dombivli East or Kanvinde Gym building in Pendse Nagar. Staff members are very polite.

All the courses starting from the basic level of Yoga Pravesh to the highest level Yoga Pandit are designed systematically by our Guruji, Rishi DhramaJyoti Shri Vishwas rao Mandlik. Each course gives the practical knowledge along with theoretical curriculum. Starting with easy and moving to indepth knowledge of theory, similarly gradual easy to difficult level is attained in practical aspects too. I recommend the courses to one and all who want to make a career in Yoga. All courses are useful for maintaining health at all levels of existence, physical, mental, intellectual , social and spiritual too.They also have Teachers training course which helps you to know how to teach YOGA and become a master in Yoga Studies. This Teachers training course is approved by Government and as such is authorised. I am benefited at various levels, like health, confidence and a positivity is imbibed to the core. Like to also add that the institute gives proper training in Ashtanga yoga, which is much more than just practice of Asanas and Pranayama. Shuddhikriya, Dhyana, meditation,Omkarchanting and many others aspects are taught in a very interesting way.
