This yoga class is an absolute revelation! I took one of her classes and now I am going regularly. She teaches a varied mix of asanas that are physically challenging, technical and leave me feeling blissed out at the end of every class. I highly recommend her yoga classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been a month I joined this yoga studio. This place , u feel better and splendid . I feel different from before and now. The place has so much positive vibes in it.
The center is the perfect place to perform yoga and meditate.
Best part of the centre is the proper guidance and great ambience. Instructor is very friendly and experienced. She connects well to each student at their respective level of individual need and improves their body skills and abilities with respect to yoga practice.
Each evening is a refreshing and satisfying experience.
