Few months back i went there to get my hair colored. I specifically told them i want a natural brown colour! But they coloured all my hair BLONDE! Yellow blonde! They bleached my hair so much that my hair got damaged so bad. I paid 12k for the worst service ever. Worst worst worst place to go!!! Plus the make they do is pathetic, they don’t even clean their makeup applicators before using. Worst place ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salon is so mismanaged. I had gone for basic straightening and my sister wanted a blow dry and she was with a child. They made us wait and could not decide who will do the hair. The chair I was made to sit on had hair all over and they did not have the decency to clean even after I requested them. He cleaned it with his hands. YUCK! The staff was rude and did not answer any questions. One got irritated and left and moved on to another customer. We had to literally beg him to continue with the hair since we were getting late. The one who was doing my hair left me in the middle and was chatting with another staff member and then left to talk on the phone. A very bad experience overall. Not going back to this salon ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From last three visits I was visiting Blonde and Brunette and the last visit wasnt satisfactory but Ms Aditi made sure that ber customers never go empty handed all the way she offered me another visit and that too with no cost. Today Blonde and Brunette has earned one customer for life. Her act msde me overwhelmed and I suggest all of you to visit surely as it os worth ❣️❣️❣️

My sister will also come and book you for her wedding .i would recommend everyone for this salon dont go by their negative reviews those are fake go and experience yourself then you will come to about the truth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrained staff - casual staff - mismanaged - not worthy of money - zero time management
Staff is not focussed on doing their job and too much of leniency I have noticed in the saloon. Staff just pass on the responsibilities to one another and do not cater the person with their actual requirements. This is the 5-6th time I have taken the makeup in this parlour and noticed this everytime. And this time it's gone too far when a girl is appointed to do my makeup without proper tools and makeup kit and within 10 mins she did her job without applying any contour etc and I have paid 2600 for that stupid makeup. Great way of wasting my hard earned money. When I shouted at the manager that this how you are managing your clients, then she appointed another girl which also created a disaster and made it more mess. The person who did our hairdo took 1.5 hours to do one hair arrangements and when pointed out 'what taking it so long' I got a response ' madam aaj man nahi hai karne ka'. What casual attitude your people are carrying? I humbly request you to sit in your office for 2 days and first train your people on the management and behaviour side. Casual attitude towards your job will lead you nowhere. And all this mess took total 3 hours to take place.

They have overrushed the placein making money and trouble every client. Owner is also selfish does not listen to client after advance payment.their main moto to take advance whole payment and trouble every client. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE RATHER GO TO NORMAL PARLOUR
