I am Shivli teaching in DPS, Greater Noida. I have been doing Yoga since last 2 years. The result has been amazing. Ms Anju, the instructor has helped me not only to overcome L4 L5 illness through yoga but strengthen my muscles. I am more active than before and happier.
The doctors had told me not to bend and do certain activities but l can do everything.
