Yoga with Pooja is great for getting into deep stretches, winding down/relaxing and the Vinyasa/Dynamic classes are energising and challenging (in a good way!) The teachers are great and provide great guidance so you always get a great and beautiful practice in :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In these times, when “Yoga” has its own meaning for every individual, practising it under “Yoga with Pooja” is like sticking to the real authentic meaning of Yoga mentioned in our ancient scriptures. Anyone can instruct you in yoga practice but not anyone can guide you, give you right approach towards that particular asana when you are right into middle of it. That voice which you heard will guide your mind and eventually your body will reach upto that deeper level of self. I can proudly say that Yoga with Pooja is that “right voice” I want to listen to in my practise. They are well researched and setting a great example for other aspirants. If you genuinely want to live by philosophy of Yoga go and practice under them “consistently”.
