If you are a beginner or a more experienced yoga you will find a class that suits you and a teacher that goes with your style. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined yogalifeahmedabad 6 months ago. Earlier I had so many issues. I had a knee injury from running and suffered from chikanguniya too. I took proper medical precautions and medication, which did not properly heal my knee. But in just 1 month of joining yoga class I got excellent results. Now I have no pain and can do vajarasana properly. I am so happy. Jignesh Sir has wonderful knowledge and great teaching skills. His team is also nice and helpful. I was searching for a good yoga guru for ages and now I have that. Thank you Jignesh Sir and yogalifeahmedabad team. Lots of love. ❤️

I felt comfortable at all times, felt treated with love and respect and felt I was in presence of a true teacher. Jignesh sir teaches more than just postures. Classes are one hour long and the price is quite low. Definitely recommend this place to learn Yoga.
