We are a traditional yoga centre with modern approach. ‘Pragya’ is a Sanskrit word is used to refer to the highest and purest form of wisdom, intelligence and understanding. Pragya is the state of wisdom which is higher than the knowledge obtained by reasoning and inference.
Pragya Yoga Life attempts to teach yoga asana, meditation and related philosophies in its purest form. A fit and strong body, an alert and cheerful mind is the result of right yoga practice.
We believe in living a life full of joy with yoga and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide our core teachings and practices at Pragya Yog Shala.
We focus on helping clients find a deeper connection with themselves and their surroundings. We do this by offering unique Vinyasa style Yoga classes, meditation, spirituality, kids yoga, teacher trainings for the serious yogi, and yoga retreats for the fun-loving yogi.
