★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You broadband "YOU" have the worst network and are the worst service provider. Your system doesn't get updated on time and your customer service center doesn't have the latest timestap cos of tat if there's an outage. I wonder why do you have them if we only have to check our apps for update!!
Only giving high speed is not enough even you have to provide service from time to time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst broadband service provider in Pune. I had booked for a new connection. Came to my place next day, took 3 months advance from me. Denied connection on technical grounds and now not returning my money after one and half months or picking my calls. Worst experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a consumer of You Broadband residing in 1525, Sadashiv Peth Pune 411030. I have paid for six months subscription for unlimited use with 125MBPS speed. Since 15 February 2022, I am getting a download speed between 25 to 40 mbps. and sometimes in office hours, the speed goes down below 10 MBPS. I made at least 10 complaints and every time the nodal officer tells me that since we have 3 to 4 connections speed will be distributed. He can tell this to some illiterate fellow. I am using YOU Broadband for last 15 years and nobody told me this. And till 15 February 22 we nused to get a speed of 125 or 120 MBPS continuously. Suddenly this effect of sharing the Wi-Fi network in 2 to 3 gadgets is dropping the speed which is not understood and the nodal officer is very much careless and his replies are perfunctory. Till date the situation is unchanged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service provider in Baner area. My internet is down since 4days now and all the engineers/whatever staff members do is try to pass the blame on to other departments within the company. Noone has come yet to resolve the issue.
This is not the first time this has happed. Happens atleast once every 2-3 mths. Waiting for other service providers to come in our area as currently have no choice other than You.

Not a single day got even 50Mbps speed its always less than 15Mbps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad services, customers care is not for customer's satisfaction it's only for updating the current status thas is. Please don't go for you broadband, in month 8 days we lost our connection. No used. Thank you for giving wolds best service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its a negative star. Do not ever go for this service provider. After lots of issues I closed my connection. But they didnt even refund the deposit amount. When I raised complaint on consumer forum, they deleted my account from you broadband... just to save deposit of Rs 750... pure low level people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly frustrating experience from day one. Don't go on the speeds they show in the plans they offer none of them will work.
Pathetic connectivity, no service concerns if problems are there. Repetitive problems of cable issues, low speeds, power outrage in area and what not.
I will strongly suggest don't buy You Broadband in aundh at all..
Your mobile network will work better but not this.
DONT BUY THIS, I REPEAT DONT BUY
